Evidence	We used these chimeric reads to determine the frequency and location of EBV integration into the human genome across different cancers ,We annotated these 56 specific integration loci with their nearest genes and analyzed their functional properties. These include integration at B2M, CD74, and HLA-C loci, which are part of the major histocompatibility class I and II complexes.
