The Disease module provides the curated mutation, integration and literature information in each type of virus related disease.

Table Note

• Mutation Count: the total number of virus mutation in virus associated diseases
• Integration Count: the total number of virus integration in virus associated diseases
• Literature Count: the total number of literature related to virus mutation/integration in associated diseases

Disease Classification Note

• ViMIC defined the disease name of one article according to the disease term occurred in its title or abstract. Additionally, the literature with ambiguous disease terms in the full-text was classified as 'Virus Name + infection'.
