Evidence
|
In our study, the change of methionine to isoleucine (rtM204I) or valine (rtM204V) was found in the YMDD motif of the polymerase gene protein in three patients who received long-term LMV therapy. These patients also had W196L/W196F or W199C mutations within the surface gene protein of HBV simultaneously.
