In cluster 3, the mutations associated with the most dramatic changes in neutralization profiles were L193A and I423A, while V182A and I201A had lower effects limited to sCD4 and 447-52D and I194A showed a neutralization profile essentially identical to that of the wild type (WT) (Fig. 3).
