Evidence In four other cases, MRVs were detected at frequencies greater than 2% by one of the software programs while not being detected by the other: (i) one case was corrected after manual review (V179D), (ii) one case exhibited a low coverage below 1,000 reads (K101E), (iii) one displayed a correct alignment by the two software programs (T69S), and (iv) one was located in a homopolymeric region (K65E) that generated misalignment with AVA .
