Evidence The most common drug resistant mutation model was dual mutation rtL180M+rtM204V, followed by rtL180M+rtM204I. The frequency of LMV-associated mutation models, like rtL180M+rtM204V and rtL180M+rtM204V+rtV173L, showed no statistical difference, except rtL180M+rtM204I, the frequency of which was higher in genotype C than genotype B (10.7% vs. 4.2%, P = 0.026).
