The G190A/S mutations were present in 20 (17.4%). Other mutations that occurred at moderate frequency included K101E (9, 7.8%), V108I (5, 4.3%), P225H (2, 1.7%) and Y188C/H/L (5, 4.3%) (Figure 2).
