Conversely, the use of an efavirenz-based regimen was associated with significantly increased risks of the mutations P225H (PP[OR>1]>99%), V106M (PP[OR>1]>99%), K103N (PP[OR>1]>99%), L100I (PP[OR>1] = 97%), T215Y (PP[OR>1] = 97.5%) and L210W (PP[OR>1]>99%).
