Evidence	Although I371A had a moderate effect (about 10-fold compared to WT) and V101A and R480A had smaller effects (less than 2-fold and 5-fold, respectively) on CD4 or 17b inhibition by the PTs, these effects were small and as there was no prior study to validate the importance of these mutations, these mutants were not carried over to the next phase of screening.
