Title Virological outcome among HIV infected patients transferred from pediatric care to adult units in Madrid, Spain (1997-2017).

Evidence Among pretreated patients, we identified these specific ADR present over 5% of treated patients. Seven out ten prevalent ADR to NRTIs in the study population (M41L, D67N, T69D, K70R, L210W, T215Y and K219Q) were significantly more frequent in the transferred vs. the non-transferred cohort, mainly D67N, M41L and T215Y (41.7% vs. 6.7%, p < 0.0001;38.9% vs. 13.3%, p = 0.0019;30.1% vs. 6.7%, p = 0.0013, respectively).
