Author Park YM,Jang JW,Yoo SH,Kim SH,Oh IM,Park SJ,Jang YS,Lee SJ
Evidence Among those with four mutations, T1753V + G1896A, C1653T + G1896A, G1613A + C1653T and A1846T + G1896A accounted for 88.9% (32 of 36) of HCC cases and 57.4% (35 of 61) of non-HCC cases (P = 0.0013). Of these, only the T1753V + G1896A combination was significantly different between the HCC and non-HCC groups (38.9% vs 11.5%, P = 0.0023).
