Evidence Ten HBV genotype C mutation hotspots were found significantly associated with HCC, among which T1165C, T1978C,A841C, and G3210A (OR > 3) were identified as high-risk factors,whereas 15 mutation hotspots were inversely associated with HCC,as compared with patients with LC (Supplementary Table S6).
