The percentage of the point mutations A1762T, G1764A, C1913A (led to amino acid mutation–P5T), and T2003A/C2004T (S35T/F) within the BCP/PC region of all patients showed striking differences between the SS and SN groups (p=0.025, p=0.025, p=0.036, p=0.032, respectively, Figure 1C).
