Evidence We found a total of seven types of signature NS mutations in the Pol region (three types in RT, one type in the terminal protein (TP) region, two types in the spacer region and one type in the RNaseH region), of which all seven (rtN139K/H, rtM204I/V and rtI224V in RT, D16A/E/N/V in TP, S314P and F321L in Spacer and D828A/V in the RNaseH region) were rt269I signature types.
