Title Changes in viral loads of lamivudine-resistant mutants during entecavir therapy.
Author Suzuki F,Suzuki Y,Akuta N,Yatsuji H,Sezaki H,Arase Y,Kawamura Y,Hosaka T,Kobayashi M,Ikeda K,Kobayashi M,Watahiki S,Kumada H
Evidence Analysis of the rt region sequences (amino acids 1–344) of HBV polymerase in one patient (no. 11) at 52 weeks showed a new substitution of rtS202G in addition to the lamivudine substitutions (rtL180M and rtM204V), which may indicate introduced ETV resistance.
