Evidence We found a total of four types of signature NS mutations in the X ORF (V/L5M, T36P/S/A, S101P/A and V131I). Of these, three NS mutations, V/L5M, S101P/A and V131I, and one, T36P/S/A, were rt269I and rt269L signature types, respectively.
