Secondary mutations on RT-domain associated with resistance to nucleos(t)idic analogues were identified in 22 HBV-D and in 1 HBV-A2 isolates: rtV214A, rtV214E, rtQ215H, rtS219A + rtN238H in 4 isolates (9%) from AHB and rtA200V/G, rtV214A/E, rtQ215H/S/P, rtS219A, rtI233V, rtN238H in 19 (41%) CHB isolates were identified.
