Evidence The most prevalent non-synonymous variants were L83V (T350G), H78Y (C335T), E113D (A442C) and Q14D (C143G/G145T) and were observed respectively in 65%, 41.8%, 38.8% and 30.1% of total samples. The other non-synonymous variants were R10I (G132T), R10G (A131G), D64E (T295G), Q14H (G145T) and A61G (C285G) and were seen in 23.3%, 6.8%, 6.8%, 1.9% and 1% of cases respectively.
