Conversely, mutations L10V, K20M, L33F, M36I, G73S, and N88D were significantly more prevalent in subtype B viruses from treated patients compared to untreated individuals (p = 0.002, p = 0.005, p = 0.02, p < 0.0001, p = 0.0005, and p = 0.02, respectively), but this was not true for subtype F1.
