Evidence Interestingly, mutations occurring at the DSGNES beta-TrCP binding site that occurred between the two phosphorylated serines, N55H (n = 2) and E56G (n = 1), were highly specific and deleterious for anti-tetherin activity, but were functional for CD4 downregulation.
