Evidence To measure maternal-plasma bNAb activity, we tested viruses in the nine-virus global panel: 246F3, BJOX2000, CE1176, CNE55, TRO.11, X1632, CEO217, 25710, and CH119. To map the specificities of maternal-plasma bNAbs, we tested the following mutant viruses: BJOX2000 N160K, BJOX2000 N332A, TRO.11 N332A, TRO.11 N276Q, TRO.11 N279A, and TRO.11 G458Y.
