Evidence Among the primary NA-resistance mutations, rtM204I (13.44%, 545/4055) occurred more frequently, followed by rtM204V (11.83%, 480/4055), rtN236T (5.97%, 242/4055), rtA181T (3.58%, 145/4055), and rtA181V (3.13%, 127/4055). Other mutations, such as rtI169T and rtM250V, were scarce (Fig. 1a).
