Evidence Moreover, A181T/V, ETV resistance mutations and multidrug resistance mutations were found more frequently in HBV genotype C compared with genotype B (21.2% vs. 8.5%, 12.4% vs. 7.9% and 5.9% vs. 3.0%, respectively), whereas M204I and N236T were more predominant in genotype B than genotype C (40.3% vs. 20.8% and 11.3% vs. 1.8%, respectively).
