Mutations rtV173L, rtL180M, rtM204V conferring resistance to lamivudine and other ʟ-nucleoside analogues were identified in six patients while one patient had the rtL180M + rtM204V + rtT184S mutations associated with resistance to both ʟ-nucleoside analogues and entecavir.
