Evidence

It was constantly found at codons Q334R, L338S and S366A in all EBVaGC specimens. The remaining amino acids substitutions, however, were especially found in one or two EBVaGC specimens: H358L and L359V (GC2), P360H (GC9-10) and G365R (GC6). Regarding our previous data on Tunisian NPC specimens, we found similar results about the three constant amino-acids substitutions.
