Cellular PP2A activity was assessed in vitro by using a PP2A immunoprecipitation phosphatase assay kit (Upstate). Either MCV or SV40 sT wild type and PP2A binding mutants (L142A for MCV or L133A for SV40 sT) were expressed into HEK293 cells.
