This was followed by K70R, K65R and K219 mutations occurring at 56 (24.3%), 42 (23.1%) and 40 (22%) respectively. On the other hand, the least frequent NRTI mutations were F77L that occurred in 2 (1.1%) of the patients followed by Q151M and T69D at 3 (1.6%).
