Evidence Tenofovir resistance was defined as the presence of any one of the following four sets of mutations: (i) K65R, K70E and Y115F;(ii) the thymidine‐analogue mutations (TAMs) T215Y/F, which in contrast to the remaining TAMs reduce response to tenofovir‐containing regimens [14];(iii) the multidrug resistance mutations T69S_SS and Q151M and (iv) several additional non‐polymorphic DRMs not on the SDRM list including A62V, K65N, T69del and K70G/Q/N/S/T.
