Evidence A total of 6/146 (4.1%) samples had low-frequency NNRTI-associated mutations, two of which had K103S and Y188C mutations in >5%–20% of their viral population while four had other NNRTI-associated mutations in 1%–5% of their viral population (Figure 2b).
