Evidence The K103N (P<0.001) and P225H (P<0.001) mutations were each significantly more common and Y181C/I (P = 0.001), G190A (P = 0.002) and K101Q/E (P = 0.003) were each significantly less common among subjects failing efavirenz-based treatment as compared to those failing nevirapine-based treatment.
