Evidence By contrast, both wild-type Vpr and the point mutant, I70S, which does not affect G2,M-blocking function [34] (Fig. ​(Fig.3B,3B, top row), increased the complex of Cdk1, CyclinB1, as well as Plk1, with 14-3-3 θ. Western blots showed that similar amounts of mutant and wild-type Vpr protein were delivered (Fig. ​(Fig.3A,3A, input).
