Evidence The analysis of HBV strains for the S/Pol gene by the MRT online software showed that of the major RAMs, M204V/I was the most frequent (4/10, 40%), followed by its compensatory RAMs; L180M (3/10, 30%) and V173L (2/10, 20%). The MRT revealed I169L mutation in one patient (Fig 4, Table 4).
