To note, 75.00% (9/12) of their sequences harbor one or two of our newly identified SHBs mutations (sL21R, sT47K, sL95W, sK122R, sI126T, sG145R and sW182*) (Supplementary Table 2). The overall prevalence of the identified SHBs substitutions is shown in Supplementary Table 3.
