However, polymorphism mutations naturally present in HIV-1 non-B subtypes were found in the vast majority of patients including M36I/L (98.2%), H69K/R/Q/Y (91.1%), L89I/M/V (89.3%) and K20I/R (85.7%) (Fig 1).
