In three other Pr-RT tests, Sanger reported mutations that were detected at less than 20% allele frequency by NGS: V108I was called by HyDRA (15.9%) and PASeq (17.1%) (7.0%), and H221Y was called by HyDRA (17.9%) and PASeq (17.7%) (Fig. 3C). These results demonstrate that DRMs at allele frequencies under 20% can be detected by Sanger sequencing.
