The replication of HIV-1NL4-3 in MOLT-3 cells was not affected by the F191I mutation in Nef (Fig. 5B), which specifically eliminates the association of Nef with p21-activated kinase 2 (PAK2) without compromising other activities, such as CD4 downregulation.
