With regard to the responses seen in patient OP428 targeting the HLA-B8 restricted EL9 epitope (Table 5), we found that 0.8% of the CTLs were actually directed at the emerging E93D mutant epitope (93 DVKDTKEAL101) at week 63, while there was no recognition of the index sequence, 93EVKDTKEAL101.
