Evidence Unexpectedly, Vif R17A, E76A, E171A, and R173A showed slightly different degradation effects between A3C and A3F. Based on three independent experiments, the levels (percentages) of A3C and A3F in the presence of the Vif mutants were evaluated compared with those in the absence of Vif.
