Title Virologic outcomes of switching to dolutegravir functional mono- or dual therapy with a non-cytosine nucleoside analog: a retrospective study of treatment-experienced, patients living with HIV.
Author Rolle CP,Nguyen V,Hinestrosa F,DeJesus E
Evidence Both functional monotherapy patients had a baseline HIV-1 RNA ≥ 50 copies/mL, one was switched from ABC/3TC/DRV/r to DTG/RPV (Table (Table2,2, Patient 5) and historical genotypic testing revealed an M184V/I and E138E/K which predicted that DTG was the only fully active agent in the study DCR.
