Similarly, the LCR showed 15 nucleotide variations in eight samples. All eight samples showed the same mutation at six different sites: G7489A, G7520A, C7688A, C7763T, C7785T and G7833T. Six samples (75 %) shared the C7668T mutation, and five samples (62.5 %) contained the A7484C or G7825A mutations. The T7713A, C7417T and A7787T mutations were found in two samples each.
