Title Prevalence of HIV-1 Drug-Resistance Genotypes Among Unique Recombinant Forms from Yunnan Province, China in 2016-2017.
Author Deng X,Liu J,Li J,Yang B,Shu Y,Zhang M,Dong X
Evidence The dominant mutation to NRTIs detected was M184M/V/I, which was found in 46 of the 130 samples (35.4%), followed by K70K/R/E/Q/T (8.5%) and K65K/R (6.9%). For NNRTIs, the most common drug-resistant mutations were K103K/N/R/S/T (25.4%), V179E/D/Y/T (18.9%), G190A/E/G/R/S (13.8%), and Y181C/Y (9.2%), while for PIs, these were A71T (3.8%), T74S/T (3.1%), L10V/I (1.5%), V11I (0.8%), Q58Q/E (0.8%), and E35D/G (0.8%), as shown in Figure 4.;A total of four mutation sites, including Y115F, L74LI, M41L, and E35D/G, were only detected in the URFs containing CRF01_AE, while the remaining mutation sites were detected in the URFs based on the RF B/C. Among them, A62A/V, T69D/N/T, H221H/Y, V90I, K238K/N, A71T/V, L10V/I, V11I, and Q58Q/E were only detected in the RF (B/C)
