The analysis of decision trees (Fig. 2;Table 3;Supplementary Figure 1) revealed that the most important attributes for which classify both groups of patients (co- and mono-infected) are susceptibility to Lamivudine (S_3TC) and presence of minor protease mutation in codon 71 (A71T_minorIP).
