It is noteworthy the detection of certain mutations appearing repeatedly among the analyzed samples, whether within a particular sgt (ie L34F for A2, S29P for F1b at ORF‐X), or in all gts (ie rtA223S), which may be a characteristic fingerprint of this cohort from Mar del Plata (Table 1).
