Evidence The most commonly detected mutation was M204VI (9 cases) and M250VI (11 cases), which were resistant to lamivudine and entecavir, and entecavir, respectively. Other mutations resistant to adefovir were detected in 7 (50.0%) and 3 (21.4%) cases at A181TV and N236T, respectively (Table 4).
