At the time of virological breakthrough (VBT) in response to ETV (sample A1), rtL180M+A186T+M204V, rtL180M+M204V, rtL180M+A181C+M204V, and rtL180M+T184S+A186T+M204V mutants and the wild-type strain were detected in 58%, 19%, 13%, 5%, and 5% of the tested viral clones, respectively.
