All Curated Mutation Sites in HIV

The VM annotation module provides researchers who are interested in VMs with annotations of reported pathogenic mutations in HIV related to human diseases easily. The curated mutation information includes mutation site, mutation level, virus gene/protein/region, virus-associated disease, genotype/subtype, literature evidence, etc.
