GIDB
    A Knowledge Database for the automated curation and multidimensional analysis of molecular signatures in gastrointestinal cancer, which holds a comprehensive view of about 8700 molecular signatures mined from over 130000 texts and 1800 samples and provides a historical timeline of genes, information on cancer drugs, as well as alterations at the molecular level and their impact on prognosis.
