Result: Therefore, only the glycan-masking Ad-S-F135N/N137T and Ad-S-R158N/Y160T in NTD elicited more potent neutralizing antibody titers against the Delta (B.1.617.2) variant.
Result: Therefore, the glycan-masking Ad-S-R158N/Y160T in NTD and glycan-masking Ad-S-D428N in RBD
Discussion: It is possible that the refocused antibodies using the glycan-masking Ad-S-R158N/Y160T antigen may target the NTD neutralizing epitopes in the N3 and N5 loops as recently reported.
