Discussion: Some of the mutation hotspots identified herein, namely,

V1176F, were also high in severe cases, but significant statistical differences were not found.
Discussion: The
R203K and
G204R variants co-occurred in the
N protein and caused dramatic changes in protein structure [root mean square deviation (RMSD) >=5.0 A], thus decreasing the flexibility of the domain.
