Discussion: In this study, we show that 9F4-WT, 9F4-LALA and 9F4-K322A bind and neutralize the reassortant HPAI H5N6 strain both in vitro and in vivo.
Discussion: On the contrary, the observation that 9F4-K322A had similar antiviral efficacy compared to 9F4-WT indicates that CDC does not play a major role in 9F4's antiviral function (Figure 5).
